If this is not a prototype, that is great. I hate the current one.

Apparently it’s the production version. I agree, the current C3 is very bland. They also didn’t really sold particularly well here either.

The thing that bothers me the most is how infinitely better and nicer the DS3 is.

Man, Citroen’s really gotten their funk back lately! This is, by far, the most interesting the C3's ever been. (Not a massively high watermark, it’s true, but still.)

Now they just need to release something new with hydropneumatic suspension... I know the C6 wasn’t exactly a sales hit, but Citroen ought to have a halo car, and any Citroen halo car has to have hydropneumatic suspension.

I like it, quite a lot even! Though I don’t know if it would be wise to Cactify the whole line-up.

It looks like a Jeep Cherokee banged a C4Cactus

I like how it has a mini version of the air bumps from the Cactus on it.

Too bad that the DS3 only comes with three doors (not that it would bother me).

It certainly stands out from the rest of the superminis just like you would expect it from a French car. I read somewhere that they are working on a similar suspension.

They’ll probably use the headlight setup but I’m not too sure about the airbumps.

They seem to be very practical. Our car’s got so many fucking scratches and marks from damn walls.

Part of me still regrets not getting the Juke Nismo RS over my Focus ST. They fully embraced the “mo” part of “Nismo” and stuffed the Juke with so much Because Racecar (tm) that they wound up creating one of the best drivers cars in the world, despite it being one that nobody even knows exists.

Seriously, the FWD/manual Juke Nismo RS is the car I will forever point to when I need to explain what it means to “set up and tune” a car to a non-car person. Nismo so thoroughly and completely transformed a solid, competent compact crossover into a corner-devouring hot hatch monster that it’s hard to believe it was ever anything other than a hot hatch. Also, the modified seating position is wonderful in it’s strangeness when combined with the super-firm chassis, where you’re still high off the ground (it’s still a Juke, after all) but it feels like you’re in a “my ass is like a quarter inch off the pavement” sports car.

I would have totally gone with it if it the transformation didn’t have a huge drawback: It was so horifically uncomfortable on all but the smoothest of roads that I needed to take an Aleve after my half-hour test drive. I’m not being hyperbolic. It’s like being kicked in the spine from the moment you set off until the moment you stop. I hurt. Still, though, I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a car than the Juke Nismo RS.

END BARELY ON TOPIC RANT.

How do you mean? I’m quite sure the headlight setup is different from the C4 Cactus.

Or do you mean that they are not going to put the C3 into production with the airbumps?

Mine is just a 6spd FWD SV. It can still handle its self pretty good for a top heavy crossover. It cornered way better then I thought it would.

The non-Nismo Juke is not sporty by any means but it really is a well put together car. It reminds me of my old xB, where despite being way up in the sky a low center of gravity means you get some lean but are still in a stable, solid car.

Silly me. What I wanted to say is that I think they won’t use the airbumps on anything higher than the C3 but the basic headlight layout (led strip seperated from the actual headlights).

I see some Opel Adam in there. Some mad scientist must have created a genetic 3 way spawn, or more simply this came from a 3 gender species.

You are total correct. Lots of the good roads I go on are very rough, so the softer suspension is very nice.

The regular Juke is good enough in the corners that I wonder if maybe Nismo went too far in firming up the RS. Since seriously, the ride in the RS is lethal.

Native Americans believed in 5 genders. Did a bit of intermingling with the French, perhaps?
